KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute a diverse range of tasks related to structural and secondary steel framing. 
• Occasional involvement in various construction activities, such as concrete forming and pouring, metal roofing, wood framing and more. 
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as large equipment. 
• Collaborate closely with the foreman to achieve daily project objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions.
• Familiarity with fundamental construction principles and methods.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Some ability to interpret instructions and blueprints when necessary.
• Comfort to work from ladders, scaffolds, and other above ground locations such as roofs
• Aptitude in mathematics.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Valid driver's license. 
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.

SALARY

• Depends on experience, typically $22 - $27 per hour.

We are seeing a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This is a full time position that demands strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. 

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks.
• Prepare and maintain the worksite, including cleaning and organizing tools and materials. 
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment. 
• Safely operate hand tools and small power tools. 
• Assist in the installation of reinforcement materials, such as rebar and wire mesh. 
• Help set up and dismantle concrete forms. 
• Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the project. 
• Occasionally engage in miscellaneous construction activities like metal roofing, steel framing, wood framing, and more.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age of 18.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience. 
• Physical capability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds. 
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Familiarity with fundamental construction principles and techniques. 
• Team player with the ability to follow instructions and read blueprints when necessary. 
• Comfort working on ladders, scaffolds, roofs, and other elevated locations. 
• Proficiency in basic math. 
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
